Love this band!
I will be having a total knee replacement and use these in physical therapy. I bought these to help with my at home exercises and they are fabulous. The material is a high quality and they are comfortable to use. They really help with my leg stretches and I know it will come in handy after my knee surgery to help lift my leg. They are worth the money. I appreciated that they came with a booklet filled with various stretches and pictures to help visualize them.

Excellent strap for stretching!!!
Purchased one for myself several years ago and since then I’ve gifted the strap to 2 friends who told me they needed help with stretching. All of us love the strap. Places to secure your feet while stretching plus secure grips for your hands. Long lasting material, as well. Great purchase.

Excellent tool for preventing leg cramps.
This product has been a real game changer for me. My physical therapist recommended I get it since I liked the one they had at their facility. Being able to use it every day has helped me significantly with my chronic muscle spasms in my legs. There is a substantive booklet with illustrated examples demonstrating different ways to use it. It’s a very versatile and well-made piece of physical therapy equipment.
