Q: How are the bars shipped since they have to be refrigerated?

Hi there - Thank you for your question! The boxes are kept cold during shipment by frozen gel ice packs within a Styrofoam cooler. During warmer months, the ice packs may melt while in transit, but the bars will remain fresh, as they can be unrefrigerated up to one week -- just pop them in the fridge upon arrival. Q: Is this good for keto diet?

Not really sure. It has fat from the peanuts, but to be honest, it has some quite amount of sugar. But it tastes so good!!
