My original PS4 controller had fallen so many times that it didn’t work well. I was afraid to replace it with something that I didn’t get from the Sony store, but this was so very perfect. It works well and I don’t have any more issues with using the headphone jack and the sound quality Breaking up.

Slight stick drift
Slight stick drift to the left on one stick but hardly notice it so far. In time may be worse. I bought it used though. Arrived in about a week.
