This is such a good little device with great reviews. Unfortunately it does not fit in my car so had to return it. I have a vw arteon and the ODB port is at an angle which means this tracker does not locate in the port without trimming some plastic away around the port.

This is an OBD tracker device , it fits into the diagnostic socket is on your car so really simple to install , however the first car of mine I tried it in , the diagnostic plug was behind a cover , and there was not enough room after I had fitted this to refit the cover , so check what sort of space you have around your diagnostic socketI moved it to another car of mine which did not have a cover and was under the dashboard.To set up it was pretty painless, but you will have to create an account with Track Wise and register the device, it is a bit of a faff as you appear to have to do it on a PC rather than on your mobileOnce registered it worked ok and di track my car very well and appeared to be quite accurate , you can set a geofence , which means that you can set an area on the map and if it goes outside that area it will alert you which is handy , I tried this and it worked wellI am not sure of ot being in the diagnostic socket would be easy for potential thieves to find it ? I know a lot of the bypass systems they use to start the cars they plug into this socket ?I suppose it depends where your socket s located ?Once you have used your 14 day free trial, if you want to continue tracking using the app etc , you will have to start paying , its not too bad , its £5.99 a month if you pay monthly , but cheaper if you take out a 12 month package or 6 month oneOverall good tracker , easyish to set up , reasonable ongoing costs , , just not sure about it being in my diagnostic socket and the ease of thieves finding it ?

I had a few teething problems getting the tracker to operate and the support I got was outstanding.Excellent product and very affordable.Does everything a tracker should and more...

Very accurate, also the led lights are under a little rubber stopper, my old one flashed and lit up the foot well at night, not very discrete.No visible lights, excellent product.Came already set up, just have to enter my email address on there website and I was up and running.Highly recommended

We run a small fleet of vans and have been using vehicle trackers for some time.I can't believe how good these trackers are. They are perfectly accurate in showing vehicle location and history, but also have so many features such as geo-fence alerts, over speed alerts, MOT and tax reminders. I would highly recommend this to anyone, business or personal and I plan to replace our existing trackers with them soon.

The Tracker itself works really well seems to tracker really close to where vehicle is . But trying to under the app is difficult, i cant find any instructions how to set up functions like geofence etc, have tried everything looking on the app, can't get logged in on a PC, going threw their website etc, still waiting on a reply from the seller ref this. If anyone can advice would really appreciate it
