A return is not new
Product looks good at all, but when I pay for a brand new product and I expect something to be brand new. I don’t expect scratches and everything else in on it. A return is not new even if it’s to somebody else so I will give you a one star review.

ITS SMALL AND SLOW AND CHEAP
This item says it has a max carry limit of 132 lbs. It was so slow and awkward for my 3 yr old son to sit on at 45 lbs, that he would just get up and push it like a walker/stoller. He's a big kid, but not anywhere near a 6 yr old or 132 lbs. He also ripped out the steering wheel with ease on the first use. This may be suitable for it size , speed, and quality for a 1 yr old if you can keep them on it properly. My 18 month old would fit perfectly at 25 lbs, but was not able to stay on on his own.... he would also rather walk.

Doesn’t move
I put the whole thing together, batteries and all. Even let it charge overnight, and still nothing when we press the go button. I paid almost 200 dollars for this thing for my sons birthday, I’m going to need a refund.
