Stop your bin lids flying open in high winds
Great collection of items, the different sizes we use for different things. We have put one each on each of our bins to stop them opening in high winds which was a real problem before.

You get what you pay for.
I use these to tie my garden gate up to stop my dogs getting through, I put quite a lot of stress on them and they last about 6 months before the elastic starts to fray. They were quite a cheap product and the metal hooks were covered in grease maybe to stop them rusting but who knows.
