It's exactly as pictured, unfortunately it didn't work for my keyboard and I'm so sad bc of it. I have 4 keys on either side of my spacebar and the keys at the beginning and end of of each row are a a little bit bigger, I didn't notice that in the picture bc I was focused on the very top row of rectangular keys.I wish I could find this same cover in pink to fit the keyboard I have. It's so pretty, it makes me want shell out the $$ for an apple keyboard. I wouldn't have had to buy a new keyboard if Apple had included a cover. I just bought a $25 keyboard and it did come with a cover.

It looks and feels perfect, but sizing is bit off. My previous cover for short keyboard was perfect. Here I have to stretch and adjust lower edge every day, probably it will go away later.

First off, I'm not a good typist. Secondly, I've entered the "spill" years! I kept and used the shear cover that came with my Apple desktop...... but was showing wear and tear! bought the white cover... WOW!!! So clean and so easy to see! I would defiantly purchase again when I wear this one out!!

So here's the deal. These Apple keyboards are notorious for taking spills very poorly. I tinker, I repair and modify. These keyboards are wonderfully designed with great usability in mind. They are sturdy and work fantastically well. But if you somehow spill something sugary or liquid between the keys, then forget about it. This keyboard is doomed. They just cannot be salvages. Hence I find these silicone protectors to be an absolute must! The silicone is flexible/thin enough where it doesnt effect the tactile sensation of the keys while covering all the potential nooks and crannies on a keyboard from intrusive liquids. Not only does the cover protect from liquid spills, it also protects the lettering on the keys from abrasion so you won't be wearing away the lettering any time soon. In addition, the added tackiness of the silicone, in my opinion, makes the keyboard even more of a joy to type on. Overally a wonderful product. One downside is that this specific cover is made to "stretch" over the entirety of the keyboard. Meaning that it is deliberately a little small. This means that at the edges, the keys sometimes dont wrap around the corner keys fully (I'm talking about F19, the Enter key on the number pad, the esc and left control keys). This is a bit annoying. But I will say I've never encountered a cover that did this well. It's kind of an inherent flaw. And in my opinion, the upsides of this cover greatly overcomes the shortcoming I just mentioned.

La cubierta es muy suave al tacto y no se pierde la sensibilidad característica del Magic Keyboard. No le pongo las 5 estrellas porque hay un pequeño detalle: la funda no corresponde con la tecla "Enter" del teclado. Como se ve en las fotos que comparto, la forma del "Enter" en el Magic Keyboard (foto 1) no es la misma que tiene la funda (foto 2); pero esto, a mí personalmente no me molesta.Además de este pequeño detalle, la cubierta es muy funcional y cómoda.

UPDATE : June 2021This vinyl/plastic does not hold up well over time. After 8 months or so of use, it had stretched and rippled so the the cover no longer aligns perfectly with the corresponding keys underneath. Soaking in hot water, as recommended by the Seller/Manufacturer, did not return the cover to its original shape or allow it to lie flat against the keyboard (as it did when new). Also, the frequently-used letters fade. I would not purchase this particular cover again.

I would have liked it a lot if it wasn't for the silicone curling at along the space bar. I use it only whenever I eating at the computer or have something to drink nearby. The curl makes it annoying in that when I am not typing my forearms are on the armrest but when I get glose to the keyboard to start typing, my fingers stumbled on the curl along the space bar. The rest of this cover is a perfect fit and does not have this curl. So I simply take it off when it's safe from spills.( your mileage may vary, see attached picture)

I've had it for a few hours and I felt compelled to write this review. I eat at my desk while I work (I shouldn't, I know), and am always hyper paranoid about getting stuff in my notoriously hard to clean / easy to break imac keyboard. I put off getting a cover for a long time because I hated the gummy-feel of them (I had the Flapjacks brand for my laptop and hated it). This cover is amazing. It still types cleanly, only a slight gummy feel, super smooth silky-like, and even dulls the clicky sound. It fits PERFECTLY over my keyboard, no bumps or uneven'ness. The edges sit cleanly flush with the keyboard edge, and the colour is cute as hecks. It was oddly dirty when i received it, full of dust and weird specks - but I sloshed it in some lukewarm soapy water and after air-drying it was pristine. Very recommend.
