USB Iinconsisteny.
The USB dongle is always malfunctioning. This is frustrating considering the fact that the item is highly priced. I also noticed that my old wireless keyboard and mouse were working perfectly from 3 meters away from the receiving source but this one keeps losing signal connection. Otherwise I like the fact that I can type in the dark which is why I bought this.

Great for gaming
I bought this for my son, and he loves it. He plays a lot of online FPS games, and he says that it has a pretty decent response time for a wireless keyboard. The construction quality is solid, and it looks great.

I love it!
i got this for my office computer. I truly love it! there is no flaws that i can see with the keyboard. material is nice. keyboard is nice. the mouse! i love the mouse! so smooth and no mouse clicks. the led background is nice as well. Now i wanna see how long the charge lasts on both the mouse and key board. i also read reviews that the leds die after a little while. we will see. overall as it stands right now! i love this purchase!

There only reason why it got 2 stars was because it feels ok to type on and the receiver is interchangeable, one side USB A other side USB C. You can't use the backlight because it's not bright enough to see the keys, it's better with the backlight off. The mouse is mushy button feeling.

WORST KEYBOARD EVER
literally the worst keyboard I have ever used in my life. the lag on it is so bad if I type" I am trying to type" this is what I get: "thss i me tryyyyying t tpeeee". Its completely unusable and I cant get a replacement or refund. DO NOT BUY.
