Comfortable, elegant and super high quality. And, it was very easy to put together even though I did it by myself and am a female sage elder! The hardware was well organized and they even provide spares. The instructions were easy to follow. All of the hardware went into the assigned holes without issue. And they also provide a wrench with a comfortable handle. SO glad I was able to purchase this chair. IMPRESSED!!!

Love it so far. Seems much more heavy-duty than my previous office chair. Easy to assemble and looks great. I guess we'll see how it holds up to 335lbs.

I have had this chair for about 8 months now, and it has been one of the best office chairs i’ve had, at least so far. I’ve owned this chair for going on nine months, and so far it has held up in every way, unlike my last chair which started off great, then hit the fan.I’ll be doing pro’s and cons and explain my overall rating down below, but some details I would like to provide first:I did a lot of research before i purchased this chair. One of my primary complaints about all the office chairs i’ve ever had are:1. The seating isn’t comfortable for long periods of time.2. The seating isn’t wide enough for someone like me who is 6’3 and has a stomach.3. After a while, every time I lean back, they all start tilting to the right, no matter what I do.I don’t purchase things for myself often, so I wanted to make sure that I was spending my money on something that was quality made, and would last more then a year (unlike my last chair). Plus, as a young homeowner who doesn’t have a lot of extra cash, $200-300 is a fairly large purchase for me.Let me preface this by saying that I spend a lot of time in my chair. When I purchased this, I worked fully remote full time (40H/Week), and now I am on a hybrid schedule, so I still spend at least (24h/Week) in my chair. My home office is also my music room, man cave and where I go to work on my personal projects, so a lot of time is spent in there.I want to start off with the things I DON’T like about this chair first, and then i’ll move into the Pros.THE CONS:1. The Arms don’t adjust, they are what keeps the backrest and base (of the chair) together. This probably isn’t a huge issue for most people, but as someone who plays guitar/bass, it would be nice to have the option to lower the arms, so my guitar isn’t hitting them.2. When it arrived, it had that god awful chemical smell that fake leather gets. The smell went away after about 3 weeks, but it was bad at first.3. It is comfortable, but after about 6 hours, my back will start to ache a bit, this is probably more of a “me” problem than the chair, but figured id mention it.4. The wheels are kinda crap, not a huge deal, but if you have one chair for multiple desk/workstations, I would recommend upgrading the wheels when you purchase it. Again, not a huge deal, but worth mentioning.5. It is a very large chair, it doesn’t fit under my desk unless I lower it. If you have a small office or your office is in a tight space, this may not work well for you.THE PRO’S:1. The seat itself is very comfortable. It feels similar to like sitting on the couch rather than a desk chair, which I love.2. The seat is also wide enough to fit me comfortably, the arms aren’t rubbing against my sides or anything like that, which again, huge win.3. It is STURDY. This chair is built very well, I feel comfortable leaning all they way back on it, which I can’t say for most chairs. If you plop into your seat every time, this may not be the case, but if you take care of it, it will last a long time.4. So far, it doesn’t have that annoying right lean problem that all my other chairs have had, so thats another win in my book.5. The height adjustment is perfect, especially for a tall person. Like I mentioned before, i’m 6’3, and this chair at its tallest setting is perfect for me. If I lean back, my feet even come off the ground (slightly). Most chairs I sit in, this is not the case. Most of them start slowly going down during the day, but I haven’t had that issue with this one.All in all, I believe four stars is a fair rating for this chair, maybe even a 4.5. Other than the arms not being adjustable, the terrible wheels and the awful smell that ultimately went away, this chair does its job and does it well. I would definitely consider this chair again in the future, and I would recommend it to others like myself. You’re getting a great chair, for a fairly reasonable price. I hope this review helps you, and if I have any updates in the future, I will post those below with a date on them.*Update: April 2025*I have now had this chair for almost two years. As of about 6-8 months ago, the “leather” on the right arm rest began to crack and peel back a little bit. I figured this would happen eventually, especially with the amount of use it gets/has gotten over the past couple years. I no longer work from home, so it hasn’t been used as much, but other than that, it is still going strong. Still very comfortable, and still does not have the leaning to the right problem a lot of my chairs have had in the past. I still put it at 4-4.5 stars, and will update again in the future if anything else happens.

Best chair ever!! So comfy i want this chair for my desk at work. It was a little hard putting in the last 2 screws but put this together by myself. So sturdy and comfy

This is my first negative review of any company or purchase through Amazon, and I've been buying stuff through them for years. It took a lot to upset me, and this product and company crossed that line. The chair is advertised as a Big & Tall chair with a 400lb. Capacity. I'm 6.4", and I weigh 220lbs.The chair came packaged reasonably well, albeit the delivery date was delayed twice. Assembly was straightforward and easy. That's about all I can say positively about this chair. The chair is uncomfortable. When you sit in the chair, it feels as if you are about to be slung forward, so you have to use your feet to brace yourself against the floor. This is with the spring tensioner all the way off. Likewise, the seat is not oversized. If anything, it's smaller than a normal seat. I know because I measured and compared it to other chairs in my office. The metal base of the chair is also smaller than the seat. Why does this matter? If you lean too much in one direction or the other, like to reach for a desk drawer or mail on your desktop, the chair tips in that direction. When you attempt to lean back in the chair, the tilt stops in a very unusual position that is extremely uncomfortable. I think if I had to sum it up, if you want to get an isometric exercise in, then this chair is the chair to get, because your legs and low back will be aching by the end of an hour if you can last that long.But wait, there's more. Remember, I mentioned that assembly was straightforward and easy? I failed to mention the bolts don't stay put. The bolts back out and fall to the floor. I sincerely feel like this chair is a gimmick chair that was destined for a comedy show and somehow managed to arrive at my office. Lastly, this isn't a product that an unhappy purchaser can click return or refund on. Nope, you have to go to the company's customer support website. Regardless of how many times you call their support number, you will get an answering machine. Not voice mail, but an old-fashioned answering machine that sometimes says the machine is full and can't accept more messages. The same applies to email. Send them an email or complete their customer service form, and it must just go off into space because you never receive confirmation or do you ever receive a reply. There is no customer service. I did my due diligence and looked this company up online and discovered it is a one-bay warehouse at the back of a dilapidated industrial park with a for sale sign on the door.So do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere because I can guarantee you won't be happy with your experience with this product. Oh and if you are questioning whether or not I just got a lemon, I'll admit, I bought 2 of these chairs and both have the same issues. As for Amazon, I'll never buy office furniture through them again.

This is the best chair ever. I got the black one b/c it looked like all the negative reviews were from brown chair buyers. I know you're reading reviews wondering if this chair is legit and I'm here to tell you to BUY THIS CHAIR. This is the one.
