We bought these to deter nature's pre-dawn machine-gunners...woodpeckers. The moving reflective surfaces of these kinetic sculptures convinced the feathered kamikazes to bugger off someplace else.

It's pretty and we like it but its thin and I can see it getting damaged easily. Seems expensive for what it is.

I bought two of these to deter the birds from our pool.They have made a huge difference. We haven’t seen any birds around our pool since we put these out. I highly recommend if you are needing them to deter birds away.

I've already noticed the sparrows nearby avoiding my deck now that this is hanging. Not to mention, it looks pretty and reflects light while spinning causing a disco ball-like effect on my deck which is a whole vibe.

This is very lightweight so I was hoping it would move and rotate a lot more than it does. I tried it in a couple of different places. Maybe it is just too small. I haven't had a bird come near the window or stair banister though, so maybe it is doing the job.
