Great purchase and for a great price! Easy to set up, the numbers are larger so easy to read with or without glasses.Handset works clearly inside and outside my home. Clear communications and volume controls. Backlit shows who's calling and answering machine very easy to use. The Ringer and Ringtone tone settings are able to be adjusted to your personal choice. Red message light flashes continually. Does someone know how to turn it off?
Setup was easy. The only problem was the message light which shows 0 and constantly flashes. I can't find anything in the instructions about turning off the light.

No clairty when moving around with phone.
This is the worst phone I have ever had. The only way to use it is by letting it stand up by itself and not touch it. If you walk around with it you can't understand a word said. and I bought 2 of them. I have always bought Vtech and they were good but not this one.
