I've been using Olly for sleep at times when my mind won't quit racing and they've worked great! So I decided to try using these as a support for those stress days and they really have helped without any sluggish feeling.

I take these at bedtime to help with sleep. I have definitely noticed an improvement in the quality and quantity of sleep I am getting. My Oura ring “sleep score” was 85 the other night. That’s a first! They taste good. I take them about 45 minutes before going to bed

It does actually work. But it knocks me out. It calms me down to much lol. I'll just take it at night. 0 energy. The flavor isn't good but it not horrible. If I focus on anything I just fall asleep. I've been trying to write this review for 5 hours. It's a very relaxing gummy lol.

I get zero relief or effect from these. I'm at about half the jar. Maybe after they build up in my system?. Not likely to buy again.

These definitely work as advertised. Start with one and see how you do with it. It's like anti-coffee. I take one or two when I'm getting stressed.Amazon used to have issues with shipping to hot places. As the worldnis turning into a giant lava ball, Amazon has begun packing these with cold gel packs to prevent melting. Absolutely brilliant idea. Also, much cheaper to subscribe compared to CVS prices.

Good quality and taste. I think Olly gummies are consistently good. I feel like they work for stress, but even if it is a placebo effect- that’s ok if you feel less stresssed!
