Q: Is this product only for the face? Or it can be used anywhere i get the bumps?

I use mine primarily on my face but there’s no reason it couldn’t be used elsewhere. It has a somewhat drying effect at first but, in my case, that receded after a week or so.

Q: Why is manufacturer claiming this is oil-free and non-comeodogenic when safflower/palm oil is listed in the ingredients?
