HP Laserjet Enterprise MFP M527f (F2A77A)

I like the multi-function features. Nice color display. Easily syncs to computer. Prints wireless from i-phone too.Holds plenty of paper. Sturdy and heavy. No cheap breakable parts. Work with this 5 days a week for over 5 years so far. 500 pages per week on average. Ink is way too expensive. I have been buying non HP ink which works but probably not as well.

Extremely pleased with this purchase. I bought this machine to replace a Kyocera floor-standing copier that was in a office with 10 users. There really isn't much advantage to floor-standing copiers anymore unless you really need all the extra trays.Anyway, I was able to set this thing up quickly, Windows 10 recognized and installed the driver easily. I used the web interface of the printer to program the fax, email addresses, SMTP server, etc.Not much more to say. Time to first copy comes out is around 5 seconds. All users are very happy... and although its only been a few days, everyone is happy. I took a gamble replacing 4 leased copiers by purchasing one large copier, this model, and two smaller models, and so far it was a good decision and will save some money. I haven't been thrilled with HP printer quality the past few years, and time will tell if this lasts... but for the price, it pays for itself in a few months, and it seems good.I got this printer (sold my Amazon) for an amazing price. It's over $2000 all day long everywhere else, and Amazon has an amazing deal. The mailman (yeah, Amazon actually shipped this giant 80 pound box via US MAIL) wasn't happy. I wish Amazon would at least use UPS for giant expensive boxes like the one this came in...

The product has a sticker that says it's "certified refurbished". I guess this means it was used, which surprised me, though it really appears in every respect to be completely brand new. Perhaps I'm at fault for not knowing exactly what I was getting, but the unit isn't Wifi enabled. It took me 4 hours and $300 later, first with HP then a HP introduced 3 party supplier, to be told my unit has no Wifi capability. With their help we set it up via Ethernet, though that doesn't do me much good in my warehouse/office for multiple users. I need it on Wifi. And there is no scan function!? Its a nice printer. Really a pity I now need to buy another unit to be Wifi enable, scan, copy and print.

Bought 2 of these for small law office. We print, scan and email quite a bit of stuff every day, and this has been a great product for us. Prints fast and scans perfectly. No mechanical problems after 2 years of use. The printer cleans itself which is nice. Touchscreen is user friendly.

It has now been just over a year after our first M527 purchase and it's performance has been spotless. Our small office of about 10 employees loved it from day one. Even though we have the fax capable model - we don't use it. Instead we have a separate dedicated multi-function device for as our fax machine. For us it is simpler and avoids conflict between incoming faxes and people trying to copy / scan.

I love the speed and size of the printer. Delivery was seamless.I could have given them5/5 but for two reasons I won’t. The machine doesn’t have WiFi capabilities but that’s not the fault of the seller but the manufacturer. It also came with low toner (seller fault) otherwise a great 4 in 1.

Used for medium sized medical office - it is fast - ability to email right from this machine is great.

Love this Printer! It is easy to use and duplexes like a dream!
