The media could not be loaded. I bought this natural Stinging Nettle Soap to wash my hair and face. It foams very well, and a little goes a long way! The soap rinses out with no fuss and my hair and scalp are left clean with a mild fresh smell.The soap is great for tightening the pores on my face, so I use it about twice a week. Though my skin feels tight and a little dry, this is to be expected, so I moisturise with oil. It should be noted that it makes the skin feel as smooth as silk!This nettle soap is an ideal alternative to chemical shampoo. It may seem a little pricey, but the benefits outweigh the cost. I highly recommend it.

This bar of sulphur soap is the real deal. Do not be put off by the fact that other competitors have LARGER and cheaper bars 200g BUT I will take 140g any day! These are the reasons why:1. Loving the benefits of nettles recently and came across this while researching products to use.It smells divine, lathers well, and actually leaves my skin soft. It's not greasy although there is a greasy feel to the soap when you first handle it.I've been using it daily and can report an improvement in my skin texture and that it feels soft and subtle, yet cleansed.Recommend this product

Why did you choose this product over others?:The quality of the soaps is outstanding BUT I’ve ordered the double pack of soaps twice and BOTH times I got the wrong one sent to me which was Bittim and Laurel soap instead of the Bittim and Aleppo soap. Not sure why that’s happened twice in a row so be aware of that if you order this double pack.

The product appears to be crafted with care and as a soap fulfills it's purpose admirably. I was attracted to this soap as several reviews mentioned that it had a particularly pungent scent and I like to smell clean and fresh throughout the day. It may well be that this is the authentic sandlewood scent but certainly not what I was expecting; it lacks the aromatic woodiness of my previous encounters with sandlewood and is closer in my opinion to coal/pine tar, not unpleasant at all but not what I was expecting. Longevity wise the subtle scent lingers for about 30 minutes after showering which for me was disappointing. I personally don't have any reactions to ingredients but certainly prefer to use natural products whenever possible and this ticks all the boxes in that respect. Overall I like the product but disappointed in the scent and it's longevity. As it stands I would be unlikely to purchase again but that may change over time, expensive but respect to the manufacturer for their endeavours.

Bought the sandlewoodIt came in a hessian bag inside a small box. It smelt of a hessian bag, I took it out and used it and kept it under the water....it smelt like a hessian bag.Likely to bin it and at £8.50 thats an awful scented soap....utterly awful.Lathers nice but thats as far as good quality goes.
