I love the Pineapple Mango flavor with 10 oz of water. Any less and it’s too sweet for me. I gave it 4/5 stars because the powder doesn’t completely dissolve and settles at the bottom. Aside from that, I really like it. I do feel like this enhances my workout. I couldn’t thoroughly complete the loading phase because I had VSG surgery in 2020 so my stomach cannot physically hold a lot of food and water. So I drank 2-4 max per day for the first 5 days.
