<p>The standard dose is one capsule per day to be taken in the morning along with your food. The standard duration of treatment is four weeks which may be continued to up to twelve weeks depending on how you feel. Discontinue use and speak to your doctor in case there is no improvement in your condition despite using the capsules for more than four weeks</p>
