Great flavor, excellent nutritional value
Having recently converted to a low-carb diet, I was finding it difficult to keep my fiber and calories up to where they needed to be. Enter this KPX granola.I can't say I've tried it as a cereal per se, but what I do is mix it in with my greek yogurt, and it makes for a delicious, nutritious treat, and is especially good for those days where I find myself low on fiber (easy to do for me! Never realized how much of my fiber came from high-carb foods), protein, calories, or some combination of the three.They recommend you drink water when consuming, so I make sure to have at least a glass. I have noticed that the couple of times I've forgotten to do so, I've had the stomach gurgles pretty loudly (not that it's uncomfortable or anything, just can be embarrassing if outside of my home), so make sure to consume with water as recommended.But yeah, the important thing is that at the end of the day, this has quickly become a staple of my pantry, and I would recommend it over any other granola-substitute I've tried.

Healthy, crunchy, tasty, and satisfying!
I eat a scoop (or two, if I am honest!) in the morning and feel very satisfied quite soon. I try and eat slowly in small amounts and chew thoroughly. Be sure to drink plenty of water! The inulin fiber (from the chicory root) works best when it gels with water because it is a soluble fiber. To be honest: later in the day I will have multiple urges to go to the bathroom, but what comes out is just a lot of gas. So, I guess my microbiome (intestinal flora) is enjoying the meal as well :-) Yes, the product is expensive, but it goes a long way. While it is crunchy, there is a slight mouthfeel that lingers, but that is easily washed with the water that I drink.

High Price and Not Very Good Tase
As far as prebiotic effect, I would give it 5 stars. After being on keto for a few months now, it really has helped my stomach feel like it did prior to keto (less constipation and IBS). I've seen some reviews of people complaining about the serving size, but this is not supposed to act as an everyday cereal. If you were to eat more than the recommended serving size you would probably get the runs. Besides, half a cup may not look like a lot but it is very filling, especially if you eat it with almond milk and throw in some blueberries. I only eat it twice a week and it does its job.I took off one star because of its taste. It isn't terrible but just very plain. I add some Pyure granulated sweetener and some cinnamon and it makes it taste 100% better. I don't know why the manufacturer can't just do this. I took off a second star because I think it is too expensive. I don't see why such a small bag costs $20.

This stuff is so good
I can't believe this doesn't have more reviews, this granola is insanely good. I'm not keto, I just wanted to try this because regular granola is so high in sugar and carbs. I had low expectations to be honest because most protein low-carb products don't wow me, but this is great. It still tastes sweet even though it only has 2 grams of sugar and doesn't have that weird stevia/artificial flavor that some protein products have. The ingredients are really simple and clean. Also huge bonus for me is that I'm active and have a problem with being hungry 24/7 but this helps me actually stay full!The only thing is it's so expensive. I never thought I would spend so much on a bag of granola... but it's actually so worth it.

Tasty - Powerhouse!
I recently started the Keto program and was looking for something low in carbs, high in fiber with protein. This is IT! I, unfortunately, made a slight forepaw, I eye-balled the serving size instead of using the scooper cup that came in the bag. I used a very small bowl and added the cereal. OMG! Let me say if you want some to be cleaned out this will do the job! :) hehe. It's amazing!This is my recipe and it tastes very good to me! Use ONE scoop, add some unsweetened Cashew or Almond Milk, a dash of Stevia (I use the Kal Brand Stevia) and a pinch of Sea Salt. It tastes really good. You will want more. Don't do it! LOL, or you will be sorry.I ate one small bowl at 8:30 am and I was very full until almost 5 pm. I was really amazed. I will be buying it again. My sister tried it and she purchased a bag as well.

BETTER THAN EXPECTED!!!
I honestly didn't expect something that is good for you to actually taste as good as this cereal did. I get the energy I need for my mid-morning workout without added sugars or unwanted caffeine without any feeling of bloating!

Love KPX KETO Protien Fiber Shots
First of all I am not on the Keto Diet but I am watching my carbs and sugar. I was actually looking for a fiber product and found KPX and ordered it. Product is excellent in everyway. All natural ingredients and many of them organic. Not full of chemicals and ingredients you cannot pronounce never mind know what they are. Each little bag of KPX Protein fiber has 200 calories which is a lot, but 10 grams of fiber, 10 grabs of protein and only 2 grams of sugar.Now even better is the taste. It basically has a nutty granola taste which mostly tastes like cashews. I love it! It can be added to yogurt or other cereals, but many times I just eat it out of the bag a my desk in the morning with coffee. I highly recommend the product and I hope my review helps others!!!

I enjoy it
Good product when you miss the crunch on keto. I like it plain or mixed with yogurt. Warning, one serving is one third cup. It's easy to over do it, so make sure you are disciplined.
