Healthy, crunchy, tasty, and satisfying!
I eat a scoop (or two, if I am honest!) in the morning and feel very satisfied quite soon. I try and eat slowly in small amounts and chew thoroughly. Be sure to drink plenty of water! The inulin fiber (from the chicory root) works best when it gels with water because it is a soluble fiber. To be honest: later in the day I will have multiple urges to go to the bathroom, but what comes out is just a lot of gas. So, I guess my microbiome (intestinal flora) is enjoying the meal as well :-) Yes, the product is expensive, but it goes a long way. While it is crunchy, there is a slight mouthfeel that lingers, but that is easily washed with the water that I drink.

Beware of potential gas from chicory root!
This product tastes decent and has a great macro-nutrient profile for keto and paleo diets. However, if your gut flora can't handle a large amount of chicory root fiber, then you are going to have gas like you have never experienced. I suggest you start off with no more than one serving to see where your tolerance lies. I'll be switching back to a different granola. Really wished I could have stuck with this one.

Great flavor, excellent nutritional value
Having recently converted to a low-carb diet, I was finding it difficult to keep my fiber and calories up to where they needed to be. Enter this KPX granola.I can't say I've tried it as a cereal per se, but what I do is mix it in with my greek yogurt, and it makes for a delicious, nutritious treat, and is especially good for those days where I find myself low on fiber (easy to do for me! Never realized how much of my fiber came from high-carb foods), protein, calories, or some combination of the three.They recommend you drink water when consuming, so I make sure to have at least a glass. I have noticed that the couple of times I've forgotten to do so, I've had the stomach gurgles pretty loudly (not that it's uncomfortable or anything, just can be embarrassing if outside of my home), so make sure to consume with water as recommended.But yeah, the important thing is that at the end of the day, this has quickly become a staple of my pantry, and I would recommend it over any other granola-substitute I've tried.

Almost Unedible
We thought this would be great cereal to eat every day because of the low carbs and high protein. Yet, the cereal has a very unpleasant taste. The company could have added flavors to boost the taste. Never finished one bag before it went into the trash can.

Pretty good
The granola is good however it has slightly more of a salty taste which is unexpected for a granola. Tried to heat up with almond milk it does not get soft at all. Its best to use in yogurt or plain if you can handle the salty taste.

This stuff is so good
I can't believe this doesn't have more reviews, this granola is insanely good. I'm not keto, I just wanted to try this because regular granola is so high in sugar and carbs. I had low expectations to be honest because most protein low-carb products don't wow me, but this is great. It still tastes sweet even though it only has 2 grams of sugar and doesn't have that weird stevia/artificial flavor that some protein products have. The ingredients are really simple and clean. Also huge bonus for me is that I'm active and have a problem with being hungry 24/7 but this helps me actually stay full!The only thing is it's so expensive. I never thought I would spend so much on a bag of granola... but it's actually so worth it.

Texture and taste
I have to say the texture isn’t tasteful. There is something in it that I’m not crazy about. Maybe a kind of nut.. but Maybe you would like it? I would not buy it again especially for the price. Why two stars? Maybe you will like it? It is edible.

Would Recommend trying it
I like cereal in the morning but needed a grain free alternative. This product is good, but has a slight aftertaste due to sweatners used and is slightly chalking in texture but over all it works great as a grain free cereal alternative.
