Microsoft Surface Go Signature Type Cover (Platinum)

Product is great but I believe the shipment company mishandled the package resulting in it being broken so more than the item I am seriously concerned about COVID-19 risk.

Very comfortable to use. Well spaced keys on the keyboard. Backlit so it’s easy to use in low light ambience.

Quality material, sturdy built up, easy use.

Good quality but a bit pricey

The keyboard is not connection anymore and I don't know what to do

surfaceシリーズでUSキーボードはほとんど売ってないので大変ありがたく購入しました。この薄さなので簡易的な使用になりますが扱いやすいしUSキーボードならではの変なサイズのキーが無いのも良いです。キーストロークもそこそこあり打鍵感もしっかり感じるのでこの点は良いですね。トラックパッドの反応も良いです。

Es retroiluminado y hace que la Surface se vuelva prácticamente una laptop. Es imprescindible si van a escribir muy seguido. Es importante considerar que el layout del teclado es estadounidense (US). Si necesitan la ñ o las tildes, pueden configurarlo en Windows como US-International y consiguen tildes con Alt GR y la tecla correspondiente: Alt GR + o es ó, y Alt GR + n es ñ

遅くなりました、surface goとピッタリですねEnglish用どすがI、ローマ字入力で日本語が使える用にIキーボード設定とMEアイコンをローマ字に設定する必要があり、インターネットでsurface go キーボード設定というように検索して詳しく見てください、音量や消音や明るさ便利ですねキーボードを付ける時は吸い付く感じで外す時も簡単です、タッチパッドの下左側に左クリック右側に右クリックになります、暗い場所でキーボードを使う時にキーボードに触れるとキーボードからバックライトがついて暗い場所で使う場合に便利です。出品者さんありがとうございました😊

I did not get a Type Cover when I bought my Surface Go, because I was concerned about the price, somewhat, and then also I wanted to try a folding Bluetooth keyboard instead. Amazon's discount on this vs. the list price (the Silver one for $80 instead of $130) was somewhat offset by the mistake of buying the folding keyboard, but I am so glad I did get the Type cover. The fabric is nice, and so far it does seem reasonably stain resistant. It is luxurious to the touch, somewhere in between suede, felt, and microfiber. The weight is nice, the keyboard is excellent with only a tiny amount of flex, and the trackpad is also excellent. The one minor design flaw is that it does not quite flip around (so that you can flip it back for tablet mode and have the keys concealed on the inside) - the dock on the Surface Go is just slightly asymmetric. It is close enough that you can basically do this, though. Overall, I strongly recommend this, it really ups the ante with the Surface Go and pushes it much closer to being a full replacement for my very good 13" notebook.Edit: Oh, I forgot to mention - the backlight has multiple levels (it cycles through them with the key) and I am also particularly impressed that the Fn key has a lock with a LED indicator - you can change the mode of the function keys from F1-12 to the brightness/volume/etc controls (and Fn-Fx does the other one) directly from the keyboard, for instance if you need to be able to do a one-handed Alt-F4.

Works as intended. Keys have nice travel distance. Touchpad is nice to use. Magnets work nicely to align and attach to surface go.
