It's same as every other one
The thing I liked about this collegen is that it's porcine from pigs which in all the studies about collegen and effectiveness on people was done with porcine colllegen all the others are with cow or fish I have not noticed a real difference with my hair nails or skin but I didn't with the more expensive ones either I am just taking it now because it's habit lol I've tried fish cow and pork ones and the jelly powder and capsule there is no difference tbh it's a great product I just have not had much luck with collegen but if the other types work for you then I recommend this one pigs are closer in anatomy to humans that's why they use pigs heart valve's in surgery on humans so makes sense our bodies would recognise their collegen over marine or bovine fish cows hope this helps someone lol
