Works great. Not harsh at all and does not irritate skin. Apply to area you wish to remove hair from. Wait about 5 to 10 minutes. Use scrapper to wipe hair and cream off. Rinse away while in shower. It leaves a smooth surface with no razor bumps or ingrown hairs.

Overall I enjoy this product and will be purchasing again. I have not used other types of hair removal creams, but I am quite satisfied. My only wish is that it came with more cooling gel, or that I had the ability to buy more cooling gel separately and in a large package. I will also note that even after leaving the cream on for 8 minutes, it does not get all of the hairs . But I like that this product is not too harsh and is easy to apply
