You're kidding, right?
The media could not be loaded. UPDATE: Moving to 3 stars.I was able to contact the seller. They sent me a new light very quickly. I installed that and it works decently well. My only complaint is the light doesn't work at dusk. It's not dark enough yet. It has to be actual dark for them to work.1 star: TERRIBLE light. It looks great when you take it out of the box. Then you read the instructions and they seem to be in very broken English with a lot of spelling mistakes. I went to install the light and it's not easy! I'm sure this light is no harder than any other light like this- but it was a pain to sit there and hold the light and try to twist the caps on all above my head. Finally got it installed and then was testing it out and it seemed to work. The lights are REALLY bright and I installed it in daylight so it was hard to adjust. I just went outside in the dark to see if it worked. DOES NOT WORK AT ALL. The dim lights are on and I walked all around it, wove my hands in the air, jumped up and down, and nothing happened. >:( Uggggghhhhhhhh I can't even figure out how to contact the seller to get suggestions. And now I have to go uninstall the whole flipping thing to send it back. I'm not happy! Don't waste your time over this light!

Good motion detection lousy dusk to dawn
First of all the instructions are written in tiny letters and extremely unclear. Try to figure out what the following sentence means: "3. 3 Manual Mode: Lite-off in daytime and keep lite up 8hrs at night. Be in Day time (>150Lux), lite off. And auto switch to Motion mode."After three email exchanges with the vendor it says that you have to manually switch the light on and off every night by putting a switch in front of it. As follows: "First you set the “on-time”button on “1Min or 5Min or 10Min", and then power on the light for 30s,Next power off at once, and directly re-power on the light, equivalent to pressing the switch 2 times quickly,"Now you go through that (assuming the light is on a switched circuit) every night and the only advantage is that it turns off by itself in the morning. If that is the mode you want, just buy a simple light bulb, turn it on at night and off in the morning. A lot easier than off for 30 seconds then on.Having said that, it works fine as a motion detector. Just do not buy it thinking it can be placed in a mode where it turns on at dusk and off at dawn without manual intervention. The product description is misleading.

Rugged, bult with premium componenets
Have only had for a couple of weeks. This is based on initial performance, feel and installation. It will be another couple of years as far as overall performance. I have over 16 exterior lights for security and night visibility. My average hardware store exterior light lasts about 3-5 years at best. The Florida sun fries them. These two exterior lights I bought and installed easily. The LED (should last 5 yrs or more MTBF's) lights were included and are very bright and responsive (motion sensing). These lights have the highest quality metal out of the box I have seen. Wile assembling these heavier assemblies, I felt that attention was paid in design to prolong the life of these lights. That the paint and or die should last longer than the hardware store bought ones I keep replacing (some three times in 8 years) I hope that my observation prove out over time. I can say that for the money with the lights included and the construction that this should be a good investment. Time will tell. Hope they do well in thunderstorms etc.

What a disappointment! Too Bad I can't leave Zero Stars! IT'S NOT DUSK TO DAWN
Let me start by saying that the light appears to be built well and the bulbs put out a good amount of light. Those are the only positives I can come up with. When I purchased the light, my focus was the dusk to dawn feature. I was replacing a fixture that had a motion sensor, which in my situation meant that I would need to walk from the house to my garage which is 125 feet away in the dark. I needed something that would at least put some light on my pathway. This seemed to be a good option. I paid a guy $50 to install the light for me. Turns out the dusk to dawn is actually a timer that when you start it by flipping the breaker several times, it stays on for 8 hours. That is not a bad thing if it were to start every day at the preset time but with this unit you need to do this power on - off - on deal each time you want it to stay on for 8 hours. That means I need to do this every day at dusk. Not that that wasn't bad enough but the motion sensor won't detect anything further than 6 feet away on any setting. What good is that? This thing is a paper weight! It is GARBAGE! I only wish they would have explained this dusk to dawn thing in the ad. I would NEVER had considered it. So not only am I out the cost of the light but also the $50 I paid to have it installed and now I need to pay someone to reinstall my old light. STAY AWAY IF YOU WANT DUSK TO DAWN OR A MOTION SENSOR CAPABLE OF READING FURTHER THAN 6 FEET! Again, WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!

Good security light if sensor is not defective
The positives of this product is its’ good brightness, metal body, and compact size. However, the first unit I received was defective. The problem was the light sensor didn’t work at night time, even though in the test mode the sensor worked during daylight. I couldn’t figure this out until after re-installing the unit several times and then installing a second unit received. Contacting the seller was no help, since all they did was to email me the same instructions from the product manual, which by the way is poorly written. I would still recommend this product.

Small But Powerful
Hubby ordered these to replace an aging set of regular (not LED) motion sensor lights on our detached garage. When they arrived, I was concerned as the lights seemed small. Worked out fine though. Hubby installed quickly & they put out a LARGE amount of bright white LED light. I'll update in a few months after I see how they hold up.But so far, very good!UPDATE - 3/27/19 - Working fine still. And still put out way more light than I thought they would. Still Recommend.
