Easy to use and very thorough cleaning process
Very glad I ordered this, it makes deep cleaning any metal and gems worry free. Used it to clean my harmonicas too and they haven't sounded this clear since they were new! Just drop what U want to clean in , set time and temp, walk away!

No more going to the Jewler to clean my items
This product is amazing. I so far have cleaned earrings, bracelet, necklaces, and rings. (all containing diamonds, gold and silver). It's a bit of a learning curve with this item. Set up is extremely easy. Basically, you plug it in fill with water and a "water-based cleaning solution", I put a few squirts of dawn dish detergent. Turn on the heat function and set it to the desired temperature. I suggest you wait for it to get up to you chosen temperature prior to pressing the start button to get the ultrasonic waves going. For you Americans out there such as myself this devise temperature is registered in Celsius not Farin height. So, if you must know the actual temperature break out you high school math.I have only one complaint about this and it's not even about the product. the manufacturer didn't have a manual showing what solvent to use nor recommended settings for different items. I did some research of my own which was fairly simple. And also, if you are cleaning something smaller than the holes in the backet they will fall to the bottom and the cleaning function will not work as intended. HOWEVER, with my research found a quick fix. I used some of aquarium filtration bags. Zipped it up and tossed it in the basket. Works like a charm. I also read that you can place it in a zip lock bag filled with the water solution of your choice and suspend it from the top with a dowel with the bag in the water of the ultrasonic cleaner.I think this product is highly worth it. got my silver gold and diamonds clean as a whistle. I would recommend this. But remember do some research on the items you place in there and time. I read a Jewlers forum which was easy to find. hope this helps.

Works very well but wish it has more information about using it in the manual
I needed something like this for my jewelry. I have this paste stuff that cleans jewelry well but it requires a lot more effort than this little machine. It’s not the most attractive compared to some, but I’m not going to leave it “out” anyways so no big deal. I am just going to store in my walk-in closet. This is a small one but there are larger sizes to choose from depending upon what you want to clean with it. Although the product page states that silverware can be put in it, this particular size model is too small for that. I also want to mention that the basket holes are too large for my earrings. My diamond earrings went straight to the bottom, but they still got sparkly clean. The product page mentions a fill line but I didn’t see one unless I’m missing something. Also, there is nothing in the instructions regarding what you can clean with it nor suggestions on how much time and temperature to use. Since I have no idea, I just filled the machine until it went just over the jewelry. I turned it on and it’s set at a temperature (I don’t recall what that was at the moment), and the 10 minutes that it was already set for. It cleaned my jewelry just fine at the current settings. I’m sure that will be what I will use since I have absolutely no idea of what temp or time as I am not familiar with a cleaning machine like this. I do know I love my sonic powered toothbrush and gets my teeth clean like none other. I didn’t use any soap and the manual doesn’t mention that either. I suppose I could put a drop off dish soap in it but caution will be needed as I don’t want too many bubbles and possibly get something wet on it that shouldn’t get wet. I don’t think a cleaner is necessary, but I will experiment to see if there is any difference when using it.This would be a great gift for someone who has a lot of jewelry. I do wish it was more attractive though maybe a white color and not a square design. What matters most is the function and it works very well so far. My husband will use this for his Dad’s old 34 Plymouth he is restoring and there are parts that could use a machine like this to clean them assuming it would fit in this smaller size. Price appears competitive to other models and if you think you will use this a lot and with other larger items, you will want to get a larger size. I’m very happy with it so far.

Straight forward to use and cleans electronics/plumbing supplies fairly well
The instruction manual isn't very good, so you'll probably need to look up some tutorials before actually using one of these. There are some general do and don't, so definitely look them up. I won't list them as there's quite a list and it really depends on what's being cleaned. The manual also mentions a labeled "MAX" line, but such a line doesn't exist. There is an indent, so not sure if that's what they meant.Once you know how to use a ultrasonic cleaner/heater, this is pretty straight forward to use. I've tested cleaning crusted PCBs and some faucet/shower aerators that have lots of debris stuck in it. They both cleaned up fairly well, so that saved me some money. To help make the cleaner/tub last longer, I use a clear bag or a thin glass jar to hold the cleaning agent and the items being cleaned. It makes cleaning up the tub a lot easier, you can't actually remove the tub, and there's less feat of cross contamination. The device comes with a basket, but you can't use the lid when using the basket at the same time. The basket has arms hooking onto the cleaner tray, you can't use the lid; technically you can, but you'll get a gap of 1/4 " or so and slides off easily.

industrial
Sounded attractive in the add but a little too industrial for my needs.

Good quality small ultrasonic cleaner!
This thing works great. Good quality construction, nice strong ultrasonic vibration. I had a small batch of jewelry that hadn't seen an ultrasonic in many many years, so watching the grime just shed when they were put into the basket was satisfying. No complaints no this unit *AT ALL*
