Have a very heavy picture frame that the back easel broke. This stand is perfect and very sturdy, it also has pads so it doesn't damage my furniture.Very pleased, well made.Definitely would recommend !

The weight is great for larger cookbooks. The pages stay open especially for beginner cooks who have to constantly return to look at recipe. I use as decor in kitchen when not in use with a cookbook or two displayed on it.

Heavy, beutiful, & useful
This item is just as described, nice quality, solid, heavy cast iron cookbook stand. It holds a cookbook, tablet nicely and looks nice on my country kitchen counter. We have a cutting board island & matches decor amazingly. I love the color & it's easy to just place your item on it. It even holds some of my larger cookbooks with ease. Since it is cast-iron I'm expecting it last forever. It's heavy & very stable.
