Amazing Accuracy And It's Affordable
Even though this range finder is primarily designed for playing golf, it can be used for lots of other activities as well. The controls are simple enough, and anyone who has ever used this type of equipment before will most likely be familiar with its functions. It has various modes that range from vertical to horizontal, and the slope can be enabled when needed. Where it really shines though, is in its ability to accurately measure distance. I tested it at a known 1000 yard sporting range and it was spot-on. I'm sure that at 1700 yards it will still be well within the manufacturer's specifications. The tactile feedback is a really great feature. A mild vibration let's you know when it's locked onto the target. This is especially useful if you are using it in the wind or other unstable environments. It can also be mounted on any 1/4" tripod for even more stability. And the diopter is adjustable to get the best image possible. The readings and icons are displayed in sharp detail, so you don't have to worry about straining your eyes. This range finder is just as good as the ones being offered by other big name brands, but at a price that won't break the bank. I can definitely recommend this one.

Compact and Consistent
I ordered this golf range finder for my husband. It’s compact, easy to use, feels like a quality product, and came with a great case for protection. It came with two batteries as well so you have an extra as a backup. When the power is off, it’s like looking through one side of binoculars. The power display turns off quite quickly but it’s just a tap to turn it back on if you’re checking your spot more than once. The three modes allow you to check a variety of terrain including uphill and downhill. It’s too rainy for us to go golfing right now so I haven’t tried it on the golf course yet. We tried it out around our property and found it to be accurate and gave consistent yardage each time.

Affordable range finder
Excellent affordable option. Only option I wish it had would be a rechargeable battery, but other than that, this is a great range finder. I played yesterday with a buddy who has a $300 Nikon and we got the exact same yardages every shot. Now, this one doesn't feel as solid as the Nikon, it's lighter and less dense if that makes sense, but it has the exact same features and produced the same results. I had no problem picking up flagsticks with reflectors, trees, bunkers, etc. I haven't used it on non-reflector flags, but I doubt I will. I'm pretty sure most courses have them these days.

Decent option when you do not want to spend a lot
I have gone through a few rangefinders in my time and still prefer them over GPS due to better accuracy and better slope calculations. My best one was my older Nikon which is a very expensive brand. I have owned several other cheaper models such as the one from MG golf which is my current go to options. The MG one is off about 1-2 yards vs my Nikon and vs more expensive Bushnell ones when comparing side by side but it was always "close enough" for me. It was about 1-2 yards too short. This rangefinder is about 1 yard different from my MG and shows slightly longer which puts it closer to more expensive models like Nikon and Bushnell. So for accuracy, I have to say that this is doing very well. It has several modes but I have only used the M1 mode which includes slope. I believe you can turn the slope options off for tournament play but I have not played around with that yet. Like others, the display will give you the distance to the flag (or other object you tag like a bunker) and will also show the how it plays from a slope difference. The display is not as clear as higher end models but it is still good enough that my 51 year old eyes can see it fine.I have noticed a few things which is why I docked a start from my rating. Sometimes the buttons are not as responsive as I would like so I have to hit them several times to get it to turn on and lock. It also seems to miss the feature of being able to hold the button and move it around in real time to get rolling yardages. Maybe the feature is there but I could not get it to work. So if I want to get a distance to the flag and maybe a front bunker, I have to remove my finger and then click again. I prefer the more real time measuring. Again, maybe it is there but it was not working for me. Finally, thing is super light. Very cheap plastic so I am concerned that it may break if bouncing around a cart when not in the protective case. Compared to my MG which has a more rugged rubber out shell and heavier weight, this feels more like a toy. So time will tell if it lasts.I do like the case it comes with and it also comes with a cloth to clean the lenses. A strap is included (which I never use) and it also has an extra battery which is awesome. Recently I was playing with my MG one and the battery died and I did not have a spare. So I can keep the spare in the case and it will remind me to buy a replacement when I have to swap it in.Overall, it is a nice option for someone looking for a multi function rangefinder. It is on the cheaper side of the cheap ones but the accuracy does not seem to be compromised. That is the most important thing when choosing one. Make sure i is accurate. And this one seems to be!

Accuracy
I really like this rangefinder it is easy to use and feels lighter than others I've used. Very accurate and will also use it my tree stand. Comes with two battery's which is nice just make sure you remove the film over the battery before inserting in the rangefinder(whoops). Good product.

Very nice rangefinder
This is a very nice, well designed golf range finder at a very affordable price. The 6x zoom helps you to clearly see your target. It's also very easy to use. It performs well on the course and would definitely meet or exceed the needs of most golfers. It comes with it's own carrying case and batteries are included. It's great for golf but it could also be used for establishing range for long distance shooting/target practice. This would also make a great gift.

Works well
Good magnification and full range of functions. Worked well in normal and bright conditions, a little less so in a misty rain. Lightweight plastic but good function.
