Very pleased. 4.5 stars. Arrival did take 11 days. So be aware. Not really the seller’s fault. But it appeared that the box wasn’t shipped immediately.The contents were worth my wait. Opening the box and seeing what I got was half the fun!Albums are clean, what I’ve seen so far are in nearly perfect visual condition.Covers are very good. Some slight blemishes like shelf wear or a speckle here or there. They are musty, however - because they’re 60 years old! So far, I believe the albums are from the 60s and 70s.I’m still cataloging, listening and searching info on these albums. I recognize 12 of 20. The albums I received are a good mix of pop, rock, opera, easy listening, instrumental, etc.Joan Baez, Mamas & the Papas, Johnny Mathis, Bobby Darin, Barbara Streisand, Bette Midler, Anne Murray, Helen Reddy, Dinah Sire, Pavarotti, Fats Waller… to name a few.

Had fun going through the albums. Several had scratches, but to be expected.

First, the records were packed well and very clean. Second, the choices were great. A couple unusual albums that are not to my taste, but multi genre and a few choice recordings I lost in a garage leak many years ago. What joy opening those packs brought! The final cherry on top is every one of the albums were in pretty good condition. Not perfect of course, but all playable with just a simple cleaning.Definitely appreciate this seller!

Too much obscure stuff in collections and a lot skipped

Purchase these for my husband as a Christmas gift you can never go wrong if you love a variety of music and enjoy the sound of music the surprise that you get within the box gives back to fold. Will probably purchase a second mystery box. We enjoyed opening it to see what we received. All the records were in great condition. No scratches their vintage so they had a bit of mild wearing on the covers But literally have enjoyed.

two of the vinyls had chips on the edges, so i cant play the first songs on either side, the rest work fine, also, the kids fairy tales weren’t really what i was looking for, it was random though so i cant say too much against it.

I play a post-apocalyptic live action roleplaying game and what media survived was mostly records. As such, a blind grab of vinyl was pretty much the perfect solution and it *was* awesome for as long as the game lasted. Minus one.I do not fault the purveyor of these random vinyl discs, but due to the era some of them existed in... there can be problems and it is why I rate them lowly as a gift. Specifically, one vinyl cover was talking about how ragtime and jazz stemmed from 'negroes'... an element of its time to be certain! But also not a safe gift or for public play.

This was a very exciting gift to give! There were only a couple "cool" albums worth listening to, the rest were pretty boring and very obscure. We ended up ditching the records and creating art from the album covers. Still, you can't beat the thrill of a mystery box.
