Great value and quality
I've been having really sore thighs as of late. 30 mins on the foam roller for both hamstrings definitely did the job. Great to relieve tension, remove knots and for overall post-workout recovery. The foam roller and other equipment feel rather firm but work very well.

Value for money ✨️👍✨️I practice in adult ballet classes and these are really great to have at hand. The carry bag didn't hold up long, but that wasn't a game changer for me.

Big roller is good but not roller stick
The big roller is great. But the quality of that small roller stick is not good. It is very hard plastic with sharp edges. My skin care feels pain before my muscles gets sour.
