Great sound quality and mic but the cushions aren't as comfortable as older model. But still decent and there are great third party replacements.Worth the effort of doing so for the mix quality alone

The original HS80 wireless headset is perfect, comfy, sounds great, but also has an AMAZING microphone! It is easily the best headset microphone I have ever used.When I heard there was an updated version of this headset with extra battery life I was so excited!So the HS80 MAX... It's still comfy I guess, but the audio quality has taken a small dip (Even with optimized settings in the ICUE app). But most important of all is the quality of microphone is awful. This is a complete deal-breaker for me, as I now sound like a robot with a sinus infection.The best features of this headset are gone. Really sad. Just buy the original HS80 and save some money!

Amazing headset. Comfy, great quality. Build quality is really good, sturdy and the audio quality and microphone quality is crystal clear.

Disappointing Mic.I had my sights on the HS80 for a while, it had glowing reviews, especially on the quality of the microphone.When the time came for me to purchase the HS80 I figured if I’m going to upgrade I might as well pay extra for the newer “improved” version.First off, I’m usually a fan of Corsair products. I’ve had my Void Elite for years and it’s never let me down, my peripherals are Corsair, as are a lot of components and the case. All fantastic.This was an outlier.Credit where it’s due, I loved the Bluetooth, the battery life was solid, the build quality felt great and the fit was very comfortable.Sadly, the microphone drags this headset into the mud. I returned these and just decided to keep my original headset.Yes I made sure I had the right drivers, yes I reinstalled them, yes I checked for any enhancements or interference. Looking around it seems to be a common constraint, such a shame.

Did a quick google and its a common fault with these so I thought Corsair would have a sensible solution (maybe send out some replacement bits of plastic and a screwdriver to put them on?). They wanted a 2 week return process which was too much faff. So I've returned them to amazon sadly. Thought Corsair would have been better at this, these are certainly top end pieces of kit, surely top end service is required with it.

Was an amazing headset all though now it won’t turn on unless I plug it in even if it is fully charged I would appreciate if anyone has any advice because I can’t keep plugging it in when I need to turn it off while out and about.
