Finally a plate that actually works on both Manfrotto RC2 QR mount and the Swiss Arca
These are definitely relatively expensive but I ended up buying 3 of them so I can mount different equipment on the Manfrotto tripod head and the Swiss Arca QR mount I added to the Weebill-S.The convenience is worth the price and these look better and are more practical than even the original Manfrotto 200PL plates.

It does what its supposed to do, however, there is nothing about this item that justifies the 27 dollar price tag I paid.

It works !
I had accidentally bought the wrong plate for my new Manfrotto tripod and had to return. This one is the correct one. Is solid and seems like it will hold my camera.

Just what you need for a Manfrotto Arca mount
If you have a Manfrotto Arca mount for your ball head, this plate lets you attach your camera (or spotting scope) with ease. The tongue underneath has the proper grooved angles to match the mount, unlike some of the cheaper adapter plates you'll find. Overall a very good investment; I have a couple so that I can always find at least one.

Works for my Arca and Rc2 mounts
I needed an adapter that would work between my Manfrotto tripod and Manfrotto Rapid Connect adapter on my DJI Ronin-S. This works perfectly for swapping between the 2 fast with out having to change the adapter plates on my camera.

Warning!!! Not really RC2 compatible, may drop your equipment
Revised review, 4 star loss - This IS NOT COMPATIBLE with the Manfrotto 323 RC2 quick release plate. It does not fully engage and WILL NOT LATCH completely. This product is supposed to be RC2 compatible, it is not, you will be disappointed, you may damage/destroy equipment. It is an exact replacement for Manfrotto 496 ball head, it just doesn't work as advertised.Original review: This is the exact quick release mounting plate shipped with my Manfrotto 496 ball head. Works great, but the price is about 3x what it should be.

Will fit both ARCA and RC2 tripods
Very hard to search for these. I run my spotting scope on a regular Manfrotto tripod and a carbon tripod with a RRS leveling head. Fits perfect. Seems to be a genuine Manfrotto product. Will be buying another for my bino mount
