good coffee machine i have'nt found any problems with it yet, the only thing i would say is the milk container is a it awkward to get on and off the machine. it makes an excellent cup of coffee. i have had to descale it after about 2 weeks but this was easy enough, the heat level of my coffee is good although i do not like my coffee too hot. looks nice too and easy to clean

Came in time. Packaged very well. Husband said it was easy to put together. Gave it a little pre run without any coffee to clear tubes/filters etc,. Now it is trying to get a decent coffee to go in it. Great machine though and well priced in comparison to others. Not to bulky. Sits well in my kitchen. Milk frother is great feature. Comes off for ease to put it into fridge in between uses. Another gadget to try and make my life easier.

Although slow to start up, the functions were easy to use and working well.Cleaning, removing the milk container requires some labour, and to be effective needs to be done frequently.Started to leak within a few weeks of use and now selection of different coffees is random, with the milk frother not working at all.I'm not sure if I can contact the manufacturers but not a productive purchase

Great entry level machine, easy to use and clean, makes nice cappuccino and latte's. Not too big so it sits nicely on the kitchen worktop/

This item replaces one I had from new that never worked properly it's nearly half the price of the other it works 10 out of 10 easy one touch 😀 per cup it's the Christmas machine I have seen with a milk tank and water tank some are upwards of £400+ it's incredible set up ten minutes away with a latte and expresso and cappuccino and coffee ☕ modules as well £129:99 Great stuff brilliant thanks Amazon love you

Unfortunately I’ve had to return this item as it started to leak after 3 weeks of being used 2/3 times a day.The coffee machine worked better than expected and was perfect especially the cappuccinos and lattes.

First off its a great machine, as with all these types though can be messy and youbwill have clean up to do.Few positives... milk frothing is totally automatic and works great.But be aware, one massive negative and has had me running around wasting money on mugs.Be aware the Latter dispenses 350 ml of milk and coffee, no tall mug fits under the machine,and after buying 2 large mugs to find they don't fit in the machine.So be aware you need the fatter type mug, tall ones just don't fit.All in all, makes.lovely cappuccino, with just one press of a button.Also make sure you put your milk back in the fridge, haha real messy job when I didn't put milk in fridge and went off.So just do some mug measuring and little things to keep it running.I do have a feeling though that this will need cleaning on a more regular basis that your used to.Buy still a great machine.I will never use the espresso function because I just don't like it, I like a nice big mug of coffee.Once I get the right mug, I'll have access to the coffees I want.
