The media could not be loaded. Ordered this to pair up with my Optoma HD29HST.The first screen arrived damaged (in transit, I would guess).. so I contacted ABIS that evening via email and via Amazon. Shortly after 7am I got a reply asking for photos, which I sent, and shortly after 9am I got confirmation that they would send me a replacement and that I could use the damaged screen in the meantime to get things set up.The new screen arrived within 2 days.Outstanding customer service.Really simple to install and had a nice flat finish to project on to.Comes with 2 fixing options. D hooks and screw fixings. Very simple to install.Nice smooth action on extending and retracting the screen. Feels very good quality.Recommended.

I ordered hooks from Amazon and just screws to ceiling. This can be easily lifted down if needed but it’s not in the way when retracted. I will test this in the garden also. Projector fills the full 10ft of screen and I had to shrink image. Really happy with the quality and ease of use. Just pull down to where you want it and pull down again to let it self retract. Screen doesn’t let light through and is quite tough.It did have a strong chemical solvent smell when first opened but I have left down overnight and it’s nearly gone. I assume that was from manufacturing and then stored

Ordered this. Arrived on time. Thank you.Quality is very good . Sturdy. Screen is on a wall 4 meters from the projector. This is intended to be left ‘ready to watch ‘ esther than shutting it.The picture at 16:9 fits perfectly at 4 meters . Picture quality is perfectly watchable. It’s not crystal clear like 4K , but that is due to projector not screen. Would recommend. Caution ! It’s very heavy.

Can't fault the screen, simply to fix to ceiling, no creases, and the picture looks great!

I have mine in my pergola.Works brilliantly in the dark ( night time ), however anything else and it’s not good cannot see the picture , I’ve tried everything , sunny forget it, bright weather forget it, dull weather not good. This is not a outdoor projector screen . So if you want yours for outdoor I suggest you do some research, otherwise you will struggle and regret it.John Maddison

This is heavy duty and versatile bit of kit. Can be hung from the ceiling or wall using the 'eyelets' or attached flush using screws. I've got various mounting points (hooks or screws) inside and out the house so I can relocate it whenever required. It is heavy and can be done with one person with care, but probably best with two. It's not weather proof so store indoors and you hardly notice it when retracted because it is white.

Despite the high price tag of £124.99, the product has proven to be utterly useless and not worth even a fraction of its cost.My experience with the Manual Pull Down Projection Screen has been overwhelmingly negative for several reasons:1. Poor Quality: The quality of the projection screen is far below acceptable standards. The material feels flimsy and cheap, and it wrinkles easily, resulting in distorted images when used for projections.2. Overpriced: Considering the subpar quality of the product, the price of £124.99 is exorbitant. There are numerous projection screens available on the market at much lower prices that offer far superior quality and durability.3. Unsatisfactory Return Policy: When I attempted to return the product due to its inadequacy, I was appalled to discover that a deduction of £30 was made from my refund amount, leaving me with only £94.99 returned. This deduction is unjustifiable and only adds insult to injury.4. Lack of Customer Service: Throughout this ordeal, I have encountered a distinct lack of support and empathy from your customer service team. Apart from arranging the courier for return, the assistance provided has been minimal and unhelpful.In summary, my experience with the Manual Pull Down Projection Screen has been nothing short of a nightmare. It is a grossly overpriced, poorly constructed, and utterly disappointing product that fails to deliver even the most basic functionality expected of a projection screen.I strongly urge you to reconsider both the quality of your products and the fairness of your return policies to avoid further disappointment and dissatisfaction among your customers.

Solid product and well made - a two man job I found, to mount it on the ceiling. Picture quality from projector to screen is great and much better than the wall. However there are ripples/waves on both sides of the screen which are not going away after a months hanging. A real shame - a common problem I gather, with a potential solution of getting a hair dryer on it to add heat and smooth it out by hand, which I will try.
