They work really well, you have to carefully insert the tips as far as possible, the spray exit are very small at the very tip of the attachments,I cannot tell if there's any difference in the size of the exit holes by color without using a microscope they're very small

Great product!

Used 50/50 hydrogen peroxide 3 times a day for 3 days prior to getting this delivered. Unclogged my slightly impacted earwax (from a Q-tip) within 8 full tube squirts. Tried Wax RX that I previously bought a few ears ago and it doesn't even compare to this product. Wax RX squirts water directly into your ear and doesn't do anything. This product shoots the water along the sides of the canal. It does not hurt to use the syringe. I didn't even get a chance to use the olive oil since it already unclogged my ear.I'm keeping this product forever. Best $8 I ever spent.

Wasn’t easy to use.

This product is great! My son had a huge ball of wax stuck in his ear and he jammed it in further with a q-tip. I tried hydrogen peroxide with no luck. This product dissolved the wax and the water syringe flushed it all out.

Useless product that absolutely does not work.

This product save my hearing BIG TIME!!! I lost 90% of my hearing for few days because of my ear canal was completely blocked. After using the olive oil and did multiple flushes with this product. My hearing is back ! Life saver.
