We do a lot of trailer camping and the wife likes having our small microwave to do those quick cooking jobs. After all, we go camping to relax. Unfortunately our old inverter just was not up to the task, so we decided to give this one a go. It's rated at 1000 watts and we needed about 680 watts to operate our microwave. Connecting this to the microwave unit, my wife was so happy that it actually worked. Now we will be getting use out of the microwave for the first time when we are camping away from shore power. I tried using it on a number of other items around the house and it worked pretty well. Tried overloading it to see if it would protect itself and it certainly did work as designed. All-in-all we are pleased.

Bought to use in RV with the Cigarette/12 volt plug. Wanted to run coffemaker. Unfortunately, it doesn't draw enough power to do that. Does work with curling iron, fan, phone charger. If I take it outside and hook direct to the battery, still struggled to run coffeemaker (which is shown to draw less than 1000 watts).

Works ok. My only concern is that it gets warm/hot pretty fast and the battery cables seem cheap.

Seems to be a decent light duty inverter for tv's, laptop's, etc.

Product broke down after first use. Overheated with one 30w panel and camp lights and radio

Great product. Work wonderfully.Only sound you barely hear is the cooling fan.
