My family recently bought this ice maker as a birthday gift for my sister who needs to have her ice 24/7. We were a bit worried about purchasing because we didn’t see any reviews on this new ice maker, but still took a chance on it. She loves it! It's not too bulky like other ice machines and the design is nice.

No customer service
I bought the nugget ice maker. While it worked, it was fine, although it has always seemed annoyingly loud. But only 3 months later, it won't make any ice. I have been trying for almost a month to get some kind of response from this company regarding their alleged 2 year warranty. If they are not going to respond to my emails for service or warranty repair or refund of my money, then what does a 2 warranty matter. They could advertise a 10 year warranty and it would not matter since they don't respond.

We have been loving the ice this machine makes. It fits perfectly on the countertop where we placed it and is fast to make ice!
