I am trying to include collagen into my supplements regime so decided to trial this powder. It is very sweet tasting, but mixes well with either hot or cold liquid. I can’t say that I have noticed any change in my skin or hair but that maybe just that I have only been taking it for a couple of weeks. That said, I won’t be ordering more - it’s a very expensive option for just 20 days supply.

I’ve been taking Collagen for a while and as other reviewers mention it is hard to say for sure how well consuming collagen actually works but for me personally having used Vegan, Bovine and Marine types of collagen, I can say I’ve had no adverse reactions and that I do personally feel I can see a difference in my hair and skin and I feel it supports my joint health.I always recommend to do your own research especially if you have a sensitive stomach or immune system or any allergies, health concerns etc.This collagen is quite unique to any others I have tried given its extra ingredients and the use of flavouring. It’s also a different texture, the powder is much more fine and has a bit more variation in colour to the usual pure white collagen powders. I’m assuming this is due to the addition of the caramel flavoured Stevia perhaps?I usually take my coffee with a touch of milk and no sugar however I do have a sweet tooth and I found this quite yummy. It is very sweet though so this won’t be for you if you don’t enjoy that. I usually stay away from processed sugar or sugar alternatives however I was happy to give this a go and I’ve had no adverse reaction in the short time I’ve used it. There is information on stevia online which I would recommend to read.I agree with other reviewers in that there needs to be a bit more information on the ingredients and their amounts etc. I’m assuming the caramel stevia is just stevia with caramel flavouring? I can’t be sure and there def needs to be a clarification on this and the other ingredients as mentioned. There may be more information on the company website or elsewhere but I admit I haven’t looked.This mixes well and very easily with warm or hot coffee. This is the way I consume collagen which makes it nice and easy to use for me. I can’t comment on how well it mixes with any other beverages. It has a slightly sweet, caramel scent when sipping the coffee.The quality of the packaging and the product itself does seem and look premium however this is very dear when compared to most collagen supplements and the tub is very small.This has been enjoyable to use for me and I do feel it has had a nice effect on my skin and this may be owing to the extra ingredients however I wouldn’t purchase this again because I don’t want to consume stevia in the long run. I would personally prefer to stick with a cheaper but more long lasting plain collagen supplement.

The wife loves the idea of this and we have given it almost a month but she hasn't seen any difference.She said it is tasteless and will go into any drink, the first couple of days her stomach felt a bit odd and she was bunged up but she continued and is back to normal now.She hasn't seen a difference but will continue to use it as it can take a while.
