Great quality capsules
I love that the oil is from wild fish, which is where I presume the price tag comes in. They're super expensive and I'm not sure if they're 100% worth the pricetag, but I am grateful to test these as I would always try to choose the more organic/wild options for my food and supplements.

Super pricey. Good quality.
Item being reviewed: NFO OMEGA 3 ULTIMA [120 Capsules] Norwegian Fish Oil with an effective formula with high concentration of EPA:DHA Natural PUFA premium complex Made of freshly caught wild fish Produced in Norway.Price at time of order / review: Normally £164.99, but currently on a 30% off sale for £115.49.From everything I've read about this product (and the company making it) it is super high quality. However, I haven't noticed any difference between how my body responds to this product compared to much cheaper products. Don't get me wrong, I would much prefer everything be this high quality, but there is no way I'm going to be able to afford to order more of this product once this bottle runs out. I like how there's no fishy smell, taste, nor aftertaste. Not even fish-tasting burps. The pills are a little hard to swallow due to their size, and I wish they were half that size. If you can afford the price, I think it's worth it just for the purity alone.

Premium Quality Omega-3 Supplement
NFO Omega 3 Ultima has exceeded my expectations, earning a well-deserved 5-star rating for its exceptional quality and effectiveness. This supplement stands out due to its high concentration of EPA and DHA, derived from freshly caught wild fish and processed in Norway. The purity and potency of the natural PUFA complex ensure that each capsule delivers maximum benefits for heart health, cognitive function, and overall well-being.I appreciate the transparency in sourcing and production—knowing it’s made from freshly caught wild fish and processed in Norway gives me confidence in its quality. The capsules are easy to swallow, with no fishy aftertaste, which is a common concern with fish oil supplements.Since starting with NFO Omega 3 Ultima, I’ve noticed significant improvements in my overall health and well-being. My joints feel more flexible, and my skin seems healthier. The cognitive benefits are also noticeable—I feel more focused and alert throughout the day.The 120-capsule supply is convenient, providing a sufficient amount to last for several months. The packaging ensures the capsules remain fresh and potent until the last one is taken. While the benefits are undeniable, the premium quality does come with a higher price point compared to some other brands. However, for those looking for superior quality and effectiveness, the investment is well worth it.Overall, NFO Omega 3 Ultima is an outstanding supplement that delivers on its promises of high-quality omega-3 fatty acids. Its purity, potency, and proven health benefits make it a staple in my daily routine, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to support their health with a top-notch omega-3 supplement.

Price is astounding but good quality
I often take fish oil supplements. I’ve never spent more than £20 on them. I am aware this one is about as good quality fish oil as is possible and has no toxins in and had everything possible to make this the best fish oil there is in the world. However, I don’t know how bad the usual fish oil is for me - is it that bad that to pay 10 times the price (this is currently on for £115.49 RRP is £164.99) ? There is a law that stops fish oil being sold if it’s over a certain level of toxicity as it can then have potentially harmful effects on the body. These have the lowest toxicity in them as they’ve caught the fish and made them into these capsules super quickly and the fish are the healthiest most purest fish apparently. Therefore these are purer for our bodies. So although these ones that are like buying the best organic quality vegetables from the best nurturing farmer versus the corner shops small emergency supply that’s been genetically modified and contains half the nutrients to be stored for longer. For me it’s not worth it I wouldn’t be able to reach that deep into my purse considering all fish oil is good for me. If I was a top wealthy athlete perhaps I would be more sensitive to the differences and feel it worthwhile to pay the extra.I’m also confused why it has this variety which on the label says ‘EPA + DPA’, but also this brand have another almost identical looking version of omega 3’s, but doesn’t have EPA + DPA on the front label but it’s for a more normal price. As EPA and DPA is what omega 3 is anyway I’m not sure what the enhancement difference is…The tablets are the same in appearance as usual fish oil capsules and the bottle has a safety lock on it that is easy to open by pressing downwards. I think they smell a bit like dry fish food what you put in a fish tank - the flakes if you put it close to the nose to smell. As they’re swallowed with one big gulp they taste of nothing. I do feel better taking them, I eat fish and seafood fairly regularly so I wasn’t particularly deficient so I can’t notice any changes in particular but I know I’m definitely not deficient now and my body is gratefully receiving goodness from the Norwegian Sea.
