I read alot of reviews before purchasing and was unsure as I've never used one before. I have to say I wish I had bought one sooner! I have problems with my hands but find this easy to use. It means no bending. It's very sturdy. I use it on the paving and longish grass works equally well. It's not pretty but it's one of those invaluable items you just constantly use. Very pleased with this purchase.

i was very sceptical at first but i have 5 dogs of various sizes and there poo reflects this but fear not this grabber is brilliant i have used in dry and wet conditions and its yet to disappoint, brilliant product buy with confidence

The head is much bigger than I imagined - god knows what dog breed they had in mind when designing it - as although the mechanism works well it's mystifying why there are large holes in the bottom when it's closed. My small puppy's doings can slip through which is silly. Also I suspect the springs are not rust proof so I have doubts how long it will last as it obviously has to be cleaned every day - in fact I had hoped to leave it outside but that won't work and will have to spray with WD-40 regularly.

Like the fact that the "basket" is large! Easy to use. Not sure how long the spring will last, though, as it's quite exposed and may rust quickly

First one arrived with damaged packaging & plastic chipped but replacement sent with no fuss.Had & used now for several months. It doesn't use bags & I haven't tried I find it cleans easily, I store the grabber part in diluted jeyes fluid.Springs are fine & plastic durable: the item has been left outside since early autumn.Would recommend, would buy again.

Very good product,it even picked up poopOf all sizes after heavy rain,which is very grim job ...need I say more ! After use I gave it a super quick squirt with hose pipe and it was ready to go for next time...I would recommend to regular shovel or gloves

Has to be the worse piece of cheap plastic I have ever bought off any website. Really shocking and literally can't even open the claws, whole thing falls apart. Avoid!!
