Expect replacement parts to be needed, otherwise solid machine
This thing is a tiny bit capable machine for what it is. With an N100 processor it's decent for light workloads, web browsing, taxes and light office work. Replaceable components include the nvme SSD and ram, and to an extent the wifi card. More on that later. Pretty solid construction, a lot like the b link mini. The device has decent port count including:2x Intel i225v 2.5g Ethernet ports2x HDMI ports3x USB type a ports1x usb-c port1x power port(12v@3a)Inside there is:1x nvme no name ssd, at 1x pcie 3.0 speeds1x ddr5 Corsair 5600(running at 4800) ram stick1x Pcie e key wifi module. However, the antennae are silicones in place1x empty 2.5" HDD slotThe bad. The sad with that arrived with my unit is defective. Right out of the gate it started blues screening before windows even completed getting sets up. I followed the instructions on the packaging and didn't connect it to a network, so this wasn't the issue. Removing it and testing the drive returned it was faulty. The 2.5" drive slot is hit or miss, since when I tried to use it I found the cable isn't shielded, and sporadically caused errors and the drive to fail. Ultimately I completed my review and testing of the unit with an skhynix nvme SSD which had no issues. i tested proxmox and Linux, as windows and it's keys look to be one the defective drive only when received. The good. It's quiet. It's small. It's low power, idling around 6w. Lots in the bios open, even if half of it does nothing. While not obviously named, it can be set to automatically power on in the even of a power failure(tested and confirmed working). Hardware transcoding in jellyfin, with a few VMs and LXC containers resulted in a negligible power increase at 7w.It is set to run up to 25w when needed. I verified this with a kilowatt. While running hard, the fan was a tad noisy, but not annoying. It does get quite warm to the touch after running a while, but still acceptable. I expect it'll need to have the paste redone, I just didn't go that farOverall, a decent price compared to other machines, with the benefit of replaceable parts. But I'd expect to make up the savings buying a decent nvme SSD.

Great product and excellent, rapid support line service
I don't often write reviews (no matter how often Amazon suggest it!). But I wanted to express my hard satisfaction with the Trigkey Mini PCs, of which this one was the 3rd I've bought. Price is great, delivery usually a day or two. Unlike the bad old PC days, there's zero bloatware on these devices and bring-up, to use the advertising cliche, is a breeze. This arrived with W11 22H2 and an update to the latest went smoothly. It's really quiet - the lowest power consumption of any I've had (supply voltage has dropped from the old 19V to 12V also). With this one, I had a minor technical question - I wanted the machine to boot back up after a power failure (default setting was no startup) and couldn't find what I was looking for in the BIOS setup. I emailed their support line, and in an hour I got a detailed tutorial mail showing exactly where to find the power state change modes. Just great service. Highly recommended.

Great computer, zero issues. I use it for Blue Iris survelliance with about a dozen cameras
I use this N100 16GB Ram computer to run my Blue Iris survelliance software with about a dozen cameras. I do not have a keyboard or monitor, I just use remote desktop to log into it with my other similar but more powerful Ryzen R7 mini PC.Blue iris runs the CPU around 80% or more and the PC is still responsive, web browsing is no issue with multiple tabs while BI is running too. The power consumption is really low on this unit, it will pay for its self just in power over the next couple years compared to the old huge desktop PC I was using and was not up to the task with only 8GB of ram.I am very pleased and even bought a second unit for my mother in law to replace her old giant PC.It came with Win11 PRO, set up was fast and simple. This machine as been a great value.

Check it over well when you get it.
Nice little PC for basic tasks. If you are browsing the web, watching YouTube or some light office work this should do the job for you.Shortly after I opened it, I started checking some things. It came with Windows 11 Pro 21H2 installed and activated. Not the newest release but with patience, it does upgrade. What surprised me though is that when I checked the Startup apps, burnintest was enabled. I am not an expert with Windows but a burn in test sounds like something that should have been disabled or even removed at the factory since it is meant to stress every part of your system to ensure that it is suitable for use. Stressing every part of the system constantly though would not be good for durability of the machine. After adjusting the startup apps and a few of the Microsoft services and installing a dual boot of Linux, I am pretty happy with this little device. This machine (G4-N100) has single channel RAM expandable to (according to Intel) 16gb. I ordered mine with 16gb installed. When I tried testing the RAM, Windows memory diagnostic tool would freeze at 16% every time. Checking around the web, it seems that the MS test may have problems with Alder Lake machines. Forums recommended using Memtest86. RAM passed as tested by Memtest86.The G4 has a bay that accepts a 2.5" SSD. I have not tried that but I believe it would take a SATA III and function as an additional drive in conjunction with the already installed NVME.Wifi is soldered on and the antenna connectors were glued in place on my machine. The access plate (cover) on the bottom has holes in the footers so that the screws to remove the cover are easily accessible. The cover has a little rubber pull tab to assist in removal and once removed RAM and the M.2 NVME 2280 are easily accessible. The RAM and the NVME are unbranded or at least I did not recognize any branding on them.

works perfectly
this has performed perfectly and has been left running 24/7 with no noticeable impact on performance. it does feel really warm which is concerning, but probably no more than others of the same design. there is an internal fan which is silent and it is vented for air inflow and exhaust. amazing little machine.
