Inalsa mixer grinder
I'm astonished to see that the package used to send the product is not at all impressive, I don't know whether Inalsa uses such packets for sale of their items or the dealing company repacks and send. Rest, so far the product seems OK.

Good value for your money.
I bought this mixer/grinder 6 months back. It is working fine until now. Very good value for money. Being so inexpensive, yet it works perfectlyPros: chutney jar/small jar grinds small quantity of spices perfectly. Even my Panasonic 6k grinder doesn't do so well.I can make my corinader & cumin powder perfectly. The small jar is amazing one. In love with it.Cons: I sometimes grind dosa batter. Not very happy though. As the bigger jar cannot take much load. I have to grind in batches while giving some rest to the motor in between.Overall, I would say this grinder is a great value for money. I wanted a weightless grinder as I had to travel abroad. I guess, I have made an excellent choice.

Very good purchase
Mixer grinder is working fine since I purchased it. No issue till now. There is a little problem - the rubber used in lid is not of good quality. It needs a lot of pressure while grinding. Second the blades should be more sharp.

Low quality product with worst customer and technical support
It stopped working within 6 months in which I used it but more than 60 times....Low quality product with pathetic after sale services...Amazon redirected me to Inalsa support...Inalsa raised a complaint and provided me a service request number... Inalsa agent ashes me to wait 3-4 days for technician's visit...I received a text message containing SR number, Secret code, Technician's number and service center address...I waited for the Technician's visit.... After couple of days when I called on the Technician's number to confirm the status, he said that I have to visit to their service center to get the repair done...I denied and told him that I'm going to call Inalsa support again...Technician called me in few minutes and agreed to visit my place next day... I texted my address to the technician...Now it's been more than I week, but no technician visited my place...I called Inalsa support and they informed me that my service request has been closed... When I shared the complete issue, they agreed me to visit their service center as they cannot provide on site tech visit....

Worst Product Stopped working after 2 days and worst Service
Please dont Buy. Invest some more money and Buy some other well known Brand.Stopped Working after 2 days and have raised ticket twice since but No call from technician and first ticket cancelled without any visit.Changing review after I got the service. There was an issue with my socket at home. Product is working fine and great service
