This paper shredder works really well. It can handle a good amount of paper at once and does not jam easily. The bin holds a lot so I do not have to empty it too often. It is simple, reliable, and does exactly what I need it to do. Great for home or office use.

I bought this to go through papers. I love that you can put a good size stack of papers in there. It slows down if you put a lot in there at once, but it still gets the job done. I have used it quite a bit and it’s still going strong.

This is a good crisscross cut shredder at this price point. It cuts pages very easily. It really slows down and strains anytime you do more then 6 pages at a time,but it is crisscross not strip cutting and that is allot harder. You would have to go up to a much higher price point to get a stronger engine to do constant high number of pages. I gave this 4 instead of 5 stars, even at this price point, because the three way switch is very cheap and flimsy. If this unit fails it will probably be the switch that goes.

Product is excellent for value. BUT Customer service is even more amazing!!! A live person actually answers the phone and is so polite and goes overboard with any concerns you may have. Because of the customer service, I will always look for their produtcts!!!!
