For anyone considering buying this for a child younger than 5 or 6....I would say DON’T! I bought them for my 2 1/2 and 4 1/2 year olds, based on other reviews... but they are almost as big as our adult silverware! (I’ve compared them to the size of my hand for reference). They are cute, but not appropriate for little hands.

I was looking for something bigger than the typical toddler type utensils and these are perfect. My 4 grandchildren, ages 8 through 3 love them and they are the perfect size. I have had them for a couple of months now and they still look new. Due to their popularity, I am planning to order another style to settle arguments about which child gets the frogs and which gets the caterpillars! :-)

I purchased these for my 4 yr old. She loves the set. It was a great way to transition from plastic. She's at this " I can do it all by myself" stage so these were a great choice. I also purchased a 4 pack munchkin splash 4 piece toddler plates which compliment this set.

I have a 3 and a 5 year old and felt they were ready for bigger than typical toddler utensils however not adult utensils. These have the right sizes and a bit of weight to them so they make fir a nice feeling/grip. We got the caterpillars and the cows; the caterpillars are the favorite (very ergonomic) but both are great.

These are awesome tableware for kids. They are very nice quality and durable. The handles are easy to hold and the eating part is very comfortable to eat off. In fact, I find myself grabbing one of the spoons to eat my oatmeal with because the size is to nice. My grand daughter enjoys them too. You will not be disappointed if you purchase these.

Not only are these fun & cute for our kids, but I love the sensory aspect (why I purchased), with the grip. Much better than the more traditional flat flatware for littles. The fork seems to be more functional than many other kids forks as well.

I was looking for silverware that resembled adult utensils, small enough for my 2 year old to grip, and wasn’t flimsy. We have had these for about five months and they have held up well. I especially like the handles which help little fingers hold on.

My son uses these because he has some weak muscles in his hand and his OT recommendations sturdier utensils. He loves these, hes able to eat on his own with a spoon. He's not using the knife yet, but he uses the spoon and fork everyday. The face seems to wash off after a few uses but other than that the utensils are in great condition

These cutlery sets are hands down the best purchase of a childs product I have made in the last 5 years. The quality is amazing. They are as shiny and new looking now as the day they were purchased. They look better than my own cutlery. I thought the white cow version might stain with tomato sauces etc but it is perfect. I have bought smaller spoons with plastic ends from a well known brand and the plastic seemed to get scratched and stained but not these. I have to say I'm slightly amazed. I have bought a lot of disappointing products over the years....lol

I bought these for my grandchildren who at 3 and 5 needed to move from the plastic cutlery to something much sturdier. My girls are 3 and 5 and very quickly learnt to use them. They particularly love the caterpillar faces at the end of each piece, forks, knives and spoons. I can really recommend these for little hands. Delivery was good, ordered one day, arrived the next. 5 stars

Bought as a replacement/upgrade set for silicone cutlery, these were well received and make eating easier, particularly from bowls. Easy to hold and sturdy, these have already proven themselves quite robust in the hands of an enthusiastic toddler. They are easy to wash too, unlike others, with no little nooks to get food stuck in. They are also a good size and well weighted.

This is the third such cutlery set I buy for the kids.The first one is still perfect after hundreds of machine washes.They are easy to hold and funny to look at, all fine

Bought for my grandson who is nearly three as the next stage to improve his dexterity at using a knife and fork to hold and cut his food. Very nicely made the handles are lovely, and feel nice to hold. He really likes them and was using them really well. Would recommend.
