Value for money.....
Top quality jug. It's very easy to put together. Lovely to look at and fits perfectly in my fridge door. I got the pink one which is a beautiful shade. The filter works well and my water is finally drinkable. It changes really hard water into water that tastes like fresh spring like water.Incredibly useful, well worth buying and works better than those expensive makes.

Fast Filtering & Amazing Customer Service from the Company
An absolutely fantastic alternative to buying bottled water and polluting the planet! I chose this particular water filter because of how much longer the filters last compared to competitors. It's a great size, filters the water really quickly, and is all-around great value for money. The light feature on the lid takes out all the guess-work of when to change the filter, and I love that there are multiple colour options - we went with blue.Upon delivery, there was a small crack in the top of the jug (didn't affect functionality but I was concerned it would get bigger over time), so I got in touch with Waterdrop Filter via email. The customer service I received from Harper was first class - not only did they promptly arrange delivery of a new jug (the whole set, in fact), as a gesture of goodwill they also sent 2 replacement filters. So in total, we've got enough filters for a year of water and I had an amazing experience. They've gained a loyal customer!

Fast filtering, water tastes great
I've had a couple of different brands of filter jug and I love this one. Very fast filtering, water tastes good (no more chlorine or icky after-taste!). I use this in my kettle as well as for cold water, and for my dogs water bowls. I like the ease of filling, the quick filtering and the indicator function. The only minor issue I've had is that the lid has a tendency to fall off if the jug is tilted slightly too far (eg filling kettle or dog bowl) so I need to keep hold of it but otherwise, it's been a great product. I got it in the sale for less than £13 so great value

Love it
Love the esthetic! Perfect pink and addition to my kitchen. The water taste much better and large quantity can be filtered. Very easy to clean and put back together.

Great!
It’s the best thing I’ve ever bought! It functions better than I expected and I know for a fact the water is filtered throughly. I’m quite clumsy so I’ve knocked it a few times but it’s never broken (thank god)

Great
Slightly ridiculous but purchased initially for better water quality for my calathea makoyana and maranta leuconeura! Plants are very very happy, new leaves and healthier already - the huge bonus is that I get fantastic tasting, crystal clear water from a great jug that fits in my fridge door (plant water is warmed to room temp FYI). Great for hard water areas and regions with added fun to their tap water. Also great for those without access to rainwater for delicate, overly dramatic plants...

Initially pleased....but...
The jug was reasonably priced and when it arrived I was very pleased. The water certainly tasted better and there was no residue on both normal tea and herbal tea so visually much more appealing. Unfortunately my indicator didn't work so I contacted the manufacturer via Amazon and I received an email back that was very nice but it said they weren't the correct company? I've had the jug since April and the water is already looking a bit cloudy with some residue, disappointing but that's not 3 months. I live alone and only use the filtered water for tea (2-3 cups per day) I use my kettle for other things but I still don't think the filter should be coming to the end of it use. Having just looked at the cost of the replacement filters it's definitely not looking as good value if my filters are only going to last for approximately 7-8 weeks. Other than the cost and duration of the filters and the broken indicator it's a good product. The size is perfect, Filling it is easy, although the lid can be a bit loose and it's easy to use. Would I buy it again? Probably not, I'm wondering if I should have invested in a more expensive jug where the replacement filters are cheaper. I'm hoping my review will read and a replacement indicator will be sent to me as through the suggested process didn't work.
