For some reason, I was expecting this book to be bigger. It is pretty small and there isn't a lot of space to write. It is highly specific, which some people will appreciate⦠But I do a lot of exercise that isn't in "sets" as traditionally defined. Still, the laminated cover is nice and I will make it work!

Easy to use
Love how easy the schedule is to use. I changed a bit of the format to fit my needs which was super easy to do. Love using it and the motivation it brings!!

Started falling apart within days of starting to use it.
I thought the cover of this was adorable. The inner pages were typical of a fitness log, so I bought it. Within two days of starting to write in it, the pages started to come unglued. It's not a spiral bound book and that was the problem. I bought another fitness log book that was spiral bound, but I really liked the cover of this one so I was very disappointed.

Number 1 workout journal!
Great workout journal to utilize when in and out of the gym. Easy to write down any and all information. From start time to warm ups. To reps and weight. And all the way to how you felt about the lifts with a note section as well. Great overall.

You need this!
what can I say? There's nothing bad to say about this fitness journal. However, maybe put in a spiral or binder for easy page turning. Other than that it's easy to track my sets, see my progress, and keep accountability. This is the year I keep my resolution going and this will def help me on my journey.
