I've bought most of my supplements from Jarrow, they're definitely my "go-to" brand when looking for anything new and can always be trusted to give you a quality product. So 5 stars for that from me.This isn't really the place to review Taurine itself (as I've seen a lot of people do), because it will have varying degrees of success depending on the person. That isn't the fault of Jarrow - all they can do is supply the supplement in a quality form, which they have here. Personally, I've found 1000mg of this Taurine to be quite calming in a way. It strangely seems to make me more sociable and reduces anxiety. I don't take it daily, but when I do take it I feel the effects the same day - it doesn't seem to need to "build up" like some supplements do. But this may be totally different for you. I've not tried any other brands of Taurine so can't comment on how it compares to them, but I can say that this brand seems to be effective for me.

Brilliant for dog's muscle issues, he tends to go nuts sometimes and is a heavy boned Bull terrier. At the first sign of a limp we give him 1 with food and it really aids his recovery.
