I ordered this because it was oversized. I have a 1960's Rogers Holiday Jazz Set. The padding with this set is almost non-existent. They are large so there is no problem there. They are much cheaper than the EASTROCK but the EASTROCK are top quality padded bags and BIGGER than they are advertised. Go for the EASTROCK Standard set. You won't be disappointed. My vintage Dyna-Sonic Snare is well protected.

They’re ok for what you pay. No padding inside tho, but they are very big and good enough for small gigging

These are massive, they’re not really padded at all and I wouldn’t trust them to protect my investment. However they would be good for someone just starting out or that just wants something for storage.I however would not recommend them for the gigging or touring drummer.

These cases are junk. There is absolutely no foam padding to protect the most important part of each drum which is the shell. The shell is totally unprotected. There only a very thin layer of foam at either end of the case. Furthermore, the nylon is very thin. You would be much better off using a $7 moving blanket you can buy at Harbor Freight to protect the shell. Do not buy these if you want to protect your investment. For $117 with tax, you're wasting your money. Spend $30 more and get cases that are fully lined with foam.
