Missing product

I ordered these panties...the packet says that it has 10 panties...but when I opened the packet there were only 9 ... one was missing as the pack says it includes 10 panties.

Product is good but no packaging

This product is really good esp during initial days of heavy flow however extremely surprised to see the package was delivered without any cover. Good way of advertising but ofcourse not a great user experience as i would not want to advertise what I use for my periods.
