Man this little steam packs some serious heat!!!! I promise you the tongs that are included are definitely needed!!! I had some damp towels in the steamer for 10mins and they were cooking... I held the towel for 1 min before I grabbed it with my hand to perform a skin test. I was able to place 7 towels inside with any issues.

These are wonderful whenever you need a hot towel - feel great!

If you’re just starting out or are a small business owner with not a huge clientele, this was a great choice. The towels get/stay HOT and it works quickly! Easy to clean and put together/break down.

This machine works wonderfully! However, it states that it holds 16 towels but if you're towels are like mine, it holds 6. Other than that, no complaints

So I recently went on a trip and I got steamed towels from the flight attendants. It was a nice touch, and was very refreshing. So when I got home I decided I wanted to add that to my routine. It's amazing. I wake up in the morning, turn the dial a little bit and get a nice wake up. Before I go to bed, I turn the dial a little bit and refresh my face, hands, and feet. It's amazing how something so simple can make you feel. This particular machine is a little cheap, but it does the job. I'm satisfied

Very very small. Only holds maybe 2 hand towels. Towels are not steamed. I put the towels in the microwave to steam them. This was a waste of time and money.

The warmer itself get pretty hot but also cools just as fast. The lid is hard to put on and secure

I thought it was bigger than what it is. I guess for 34 dollars you can’t expect much. I recommend these small hand towels to put in there to get the most use out of it. So far it does keep the towels hot and ready, be sure to wet the towels and ring them out before placing them in the warmer.
