It's slim pickens trying to find a light like this. There are many small LED solar powered, motion sensing down lights but those would not work for my application since the light needed to stay on all night. I used it to illuminate an address marker plaque on the side of my house. It's very compact and provides a bright down light when wall mounted.The only problem I had to overcome was that the light needed to be mounted so that the light beam angled toward the wall (rather than shining straight down) since the plaque extended out from the wall by about an inch or so. A prototype wood wedge was fabricated to create the needed angle. A PVC wedge will be made to replace the wood one.After getting this thing mounted just right, I came back to buy two spares since there is virtually no other compact light that is suitable if just needing a reasonable amount of light without going to the super bright wall mounted security lights.I may pile mount a number of these lights to illuminate the walkway of a dock.

An amazing amount of light in a compact package. Used it to highlight the address of my home. In addition the light hits the top landing of the steps about 12' down with a wide spread adding a measure of safety I was not expecting.

I purchased 10 of these to illuminate a house and installed them in the base of every column. The installation was simple, the led bulb is included and it's perfect for this kind of decoration.
