Well designed, robust and superb quality product. Well packaged and delivered on time. Very simple to install. Good value for money. Needed to ask a couple of questions of the seller, who was prompt, efficient and friendly. All in all a great transaction in all respects.

Bought the post box when I refurbished my 90 year old front door. With the rise in heating costs I wanted to remove the letterbox from the door as there was a constant draught through it. Doing so has made a real difference to the temperature in the house. The postbox seems sturdy, well made and looks good. I'm more than happy with how secure it is too. I can't comment on if it is water proof or not though as it is in a porch so is not subjected to rain.

We moved in to a character property and needed a new box. The postman advised against an old box due to the size of the letter slot. This retro looking box has a letter slot big enough for A4 letters and magazines, but is still secure. Great design.

Looks great and a nice size with easy front door access, BUT it completely leaks!!! So disappointing 😕 All my mail is wet when it rains. Cant figure it out as I have no idea how the rain is getting in. I read other reviews and they said the same! Should have listened!!

Bought the same one for our new house as the last one lasted well.On our first one, the colour faded a bit but the front of the house was south facing and offered no shelter so UV and lots of rain. That was over about 5 years. New house has north facing front and a shelter so pretty sure will stay true black for longer. After 5 years though, other that faded colour there was no sign of rust or overall mechanical wear.

We haven’t put it up yet but it looks great. (So we don’t know about quality yet). Looks a lot more expensive than it is.Very pleased

Was looking for a sturdy post box as I didn't want a letter plate in the new door. Preferred the vintage look - quality is good and was easy to install. Overall I'm pleased.

It came damaged. Took 5 days to get here. The box wasn't damaged at all so was packed with a big scratch on it. Seller offered to replace it after I returned it so would be circa another week or so to get the replacement. Offered £5 off which I found quite insulting hence this review.£5 wouldn't buy you a tin of black hammerite these days.Fitted it and it works.Thats it
